We use PayPal for processing credit card payments. If you have trouble making a payment through PayPal, please let us know so that we can make other arrangements for your order. Note that you do not need a PayPal account in order to use PayPal.
SALES TAX
elsa+sam is located in Oregon, therefore we charge no sales tax.
SHIPPING / HANDLING
Most of our orders are shipped via insured USPS. Your order will usually be shipped within 2 business days. Orders arrive within 5 – 7 days depending on your location. We will contact you via email if your purchase will be delayed or is out of stock. In the event that an item you ordered is out of stock, you will either be issued store credit or you will be given a refund, depending on your preference.

$101 – $300 $15
$301 – $500 $20
$501 – $750 $25
$751 – $1000 $35
RETURN POLICY
Merchandise purchased from elsasam.com may be returned for store credit or exchange within 15 days of purchase if in original condition and packaging and is accompanied with receipt. Store credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Shipping costs will not be refunded or credited. All costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. To make a return, send an email to info@elsasam.com, include your order number and the item you are returning. We’ll reply with a return authorization number which you will need to include in the address field on your package.

If you receive an item that is damaged or broken, notify us and we’ll send a replacement.
elsa+sam must be notified within seven days of delivery of all damaged goods.
