Payment
We use PayPal for processing credit card payments. If you have trouble making a payment through PayPal, please let us know so that we can make other arrangements for your order. Note that you do not need a PayPal account in order to use PayPal. If you prefer to make a payment over the phone, we accept VISA, MC, American Express & Discover.
Sales Tax
elsa+sam is located in Oregon, therefore we charge no sales tax.
Shipping & Returns
All items are shipped via USPS Priority mail, unless otherwise requested and available. Shipping costs include insurance to make sure pieces arrive safely and in one piece. Please allow 1-2 weeks for normal delivery. Occasionally items may be oversold, therefore we will ship backorder items once we receive them or have items shipped directly from the warehouse. Sometimes items ordered together may not be shipped together, in which we will contact you right away if this is the case.
If items are damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the appropriate shipping vendor. If the item is replaceable, we will send out a replacement. If it is no longer available, you will receive full refund of the item.
We do ship internationally. Rates vary by country. Please send us an email that includes your shipping address at: info@elsasam.com and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Live in Portland, OR? We do offer free pick up. Please send us an email that you’d like to pick up your order.

Return Policy
Merchandise purchased from elsasam.com may be returned for credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase if in original condition and packaging and is accompanied with receipt. Store credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Shipping costs will not be refunded or credited. All costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
